We aim to dispatch all our products within 36 hours. Please note that some products may be made to order and may take a day or two to process. All orders are posted First Class Royal Mail or with a Courier, depending on weight, and although we can not give you definitive dates or times, we will message you when your order has been dispatched. We ask that you allow us 7 working days for delivery. If you have not received your goods by then please contact us where we will offer you a full refund for goods or send out a repeat order, whichever is preferable to you. We will commence a claim to recover costs after 14 days.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will require you to return the order in perfect condition and with all products unopened and we will offer you a full refund. We do ask that you refund the goods safely to us at your expense. If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail or on 07921 290595 and we will be happy to refund the full amount as well as any postage and packaging charges .
We put orders from our website, through PAYPAL, one of the world's leading payment services. After making an order on our site, you will be taken to Paypal to enter your credit card details or pay with your paypal account.
Our company does not sell or pass customers e-mail addresses or other details to other parties nor do we bombard our customers with e-mails or leaflets. If you order from us we will message you to inform of the progress of your order. We may on occasion message you with any special offers or competitions that we are running.
